Mail Responsibilities:

· To achieve the agreed sales targets

· To assist Regional Sales Manager in designing and implementing action plans as well as monitoring the progress against the agreed objective

· To drive to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiencies of the sales team

· To maintain an effective and efficient field information system and provide rapid feedback to the Regional Sales Manager

· To monitor and report the retail price management in all outlets to management

· To monitor competitors activities including pricing and promotion activities with timely reports submitted to the Regional Sales Manager

· To recruit and train field staff

· To set aggressive but achievable individual monthly objectives to both wholesaler and filed force

· To ensure the merchandising activities, distribution and stock level are in line with business objectives

· To evaluate the financial status of the customers

· To ensure payment collection within due date

· To review and approval the target/actual volume of the sales achievement for field staff in Sales Incentive Scheme

Requiements:

. University graduate in Business/Marketing or related disciplines

. Good Chinese & English communication skills

. 5 to 7 years commercial background

. Supervisory and management experience with multinational FMCG company
