Job Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility for Supplier Quality activities as 3rd service provider. 负责供应商质量管理提升活动
2. Continuous quality improvement project as for supplier chain of Tie 1 and/or OEM as the 3rd party. 服务于汽车厂或系统供应商，持续开展质量提升项目。
3. Technique support for operation team for auto part inspection or in line control and make out work instruction for operators or inspectors. 汽车零配件质量检验技术支持和检验标准研发。
4. Perform supplier assessment and audits in terms of quality system, product and process. Problem solving, root cause trouble shooting. 供应商的系统评估、产品评估、过程评估， 发现质量问题，分析问题，找到根本原因，提出改善对策
5. Kick-off controlled shipping level III project and well achieve the requirements and quality target of clients. 执行全面质量提升改善项目，达到客户委托的质量目标和要求
6. Others arrangement by upper manager. 其他

Capacity Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automobile Engineering 本科或以上学历，机械制造或加工，或电子制造，或者汽车工程背景
2. Familiar in casting and heat treatment technique or an expert is preferred. . 熟悉铸造工艺和热处理工艺，专家优先
3.Well experienced in Supplier Quality Management 良好的供应链质量管理能力
4.At least Five years working experience in Automotive Tier-1 or OEM environment 至少5年汽车厂或系统供应商工作经验
5.Practical experience in PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA and control plans. 能熟练运用PPAP APQP SPC FMEA
6.Good knowledge of APQP(advanced product quality planning), inspection equipments and techniques, problem solving(8D,5 whys), process capability studies(Cpk), statistical distributions(SPC), and assemble processes.

7.Six Sigma training is desired and prior ， 通过6-西格玛培训或获得证书者优先
8.High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others ，良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力
9.Willing to go on long-term business trips. 愿意长时间出差工作
10. Good English skills, at least good at written. 良好的英文能力，至少读写良好。
