We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry,government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.

Responsibilities:
? Serves as a technical expert in electric system of building engineering practices.
? Plays a key role in electric low voltage system design / tender management and discipline quality control.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Building Services, electric low voltage consultant business experience preferred.
? Over 10 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management, with at least 5 years in China.
? Qualified / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.
? In depth technical knowledge of discipline.
? Broad Experience in design for varying building types
? Specialism in designs for sectors with high degree of engineering such as high-rise building and complex institutional building.
? Specialism in tender management.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility.
? Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
