Identify opportunities and prepare for submittals, responses, interviews, presentations, and related activities. ? Prepare proposal preparation,help to decide go/no-go decisions and strategies. ? Perform research and monitor industry-related information sources for broad-based BD implications. ? Support director/manger in pre-qualifying client/project leads from market research referrals, contacts or other sources, in preparing related business documents and in implementing contract. Requirements: ? Bachelor degree in architecture or closely related field. ? Good writing and oral communication skills ? Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point etc. ? Organization and prioritization skills. ? 2 years above experiences in the business development of architecture design.
