Job Description:

Primary functions

1.Take development tasks of motor drive project.

2.Optimization design to enhance the competitiveness of VFD product.

3.Analyze and solve problems found in test to ensure or even accelerate development progress.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.Motor drive system simulation analysis and optimization design.

2.Schematic diagram design, review and decision-making for 575V series.

3.Solve problems found in validation and production test for 480V and 230V series.

4.Responsible for competitors comparative analysis and test work.

5.Take on voltage unbalance and other abnormal stress test tasks for 480V.

6.Technology accumulation and patent application.

7.VFD product long cable and other application tests.

Basic Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

a.MS degree in related field with 2-3 years experience required

b.BS degree in related field with 3-5 years experience required, from similar product development areas.

Technical:

a.Good background in at least one of the following areas-required.

b.Motor drives or servo drives system development.

c.UPS or other power supplies design.

d.Inverters power circuit design.

Hands on experience on development, prototyping, and validation of power electronics or motor systems-required

Proficient utilization of the following tools-required.

a.Modeling and simulation using Matlab/ORCAD/PSIM/Saber/Multisim

b.Use MathCAD to help analysis and calculation

c.Altium Designer/PROTEL

Experience in the following areas-preferred.

a.AC drives mass production

b.AC drives application

Professional:

a.Good English communication skills (oral and written)-required

b.Strong interpersonal and team playing skills-required
