Job Description:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Evaluate battery unit performance
- Audit and sustain PN and approval sheet and specification of battery
- Analyze battery failure and provide its solution
- Provide battery technology consultation and service
- Provide battery application and cost out solutions
- Select suitable batteries to RND and make their job excellent
- Assist battery supplier to improve its quality

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Evaluate new source and 2nd source of batteries
B. Achieve VAVE target with BUs teams
C. Achieve new product design with NPD teams
D. Analyze battery failure to support QE/SQA
E. Control and optimize battery quantity
F. Collect industry standard of battery
G. Build battery database including technology and quality
H. Consult as a battery expert window with RND, quality assurance, and buyer etc.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above, major in electronics or chemical specialty or relevant
- Work experience related to battery over 4 years
- Skilled in principle and parameters of VRLA battery and raw material and FMEA
- Know VRLA battery application and solve its application problem in UPS with real ability
- Grasp VRLA battery characteristics and international criterion
- Have good communication ability
