Key Responsibilities

-To be responsible for invoicing process for assigned customers
-To control and minimize the freight outstanding for assigned customers
-To ensure the invoicing to settlement process is ‘easy for customer, efficient for us’, service delivery and customer care oriented service
-To work with GSC OTF/Production team to ensure close collaboration and tasks are properly handled in GSC
-To take the initiative on process review and improvement on working capital process
-Ad hoc task as required by team leader


Who we are looking for

-College degree or above
-More than 1 year working experience in accounts receivable reporting or financial accounting would be advantage
-Carefulness and Ability of handling complicated work
-Good communication & telephone skills, good at building relationship with customers
-Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
-Good at spoken and written English
