Mission
-Support, run and drive business to reach target through efficient marketing, monitoring of businesses development and achieving the best financial result in the related area.
What are my responsibilities
- Fully responsible for owner of private hospital business customers in coordination with marketing, sales and service in the territory
- Independent sales approach with high level customer with presentation, technical introduction and negotiation
- Project management to achieve orders / sales targets and market share objectives and market potential analysis and review per segment in the responsible territory
- Communication with BP and support C-managers for market transparency improvement in responsible territory
- Join regular internal meeting to review for business growth and competition analysis
- Attend external activities on behalf of Siemens private hospital business team for promotion.
What do I need to qualify for this job
- University education major in medical, bio-engineer, marketing or business subjects
- 3-5 year or more working experience in Clinical or biomedical engineering industry sales/marketing or from private hospital operational function.
- Success sales case story, and customer relationship management
- Positive attitude with pressure, open-mind with creative thinking, good communication.
- Understanding of how international company is running, excellent coordination skill.
- English understand and communication
