- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in CHANGSHA,we are looking for a Senior DB Expert (Database Expert) 资深数据库专家.

What are my responsibilities?

1、根据客户业务需求进行系统分析和架构设计，制定数据库概念模型，逻辑模型，CRUD矩阵，数据字典；

- Based on customer requirements, conduct system analysis and architecture design, establish database concept model, logical model, CRUD matrix and database dictionary;

2、根据逻辑模型构建基于大型关系数据库（数据仓库）的物理模型，如Oracle，Sybase ASE，Sybase IQ，并编写数据库系统配置说明书和编写相关数据库程序；

- In line with logical model, construct physical model based on large-scale relational database (data warehouse), such as Oracle, Sybase ASE，Sybase IQ; compile database system configuration manual and related database programs;

3、和DBA配合分析数据库性能需求，数据库优化需求、设计和编写数据库合并/拆分/迁移需求，以及对应测试需求；

- Work with DBA on requirement analysis over database performance & optimization, design and compiling requirements on database combination / split / transfer and corresponding tests;

4、和DBA配合进行多操作系统环境中数据库性能监控和调优；并协助实施故障快速应急处理及原因分析；

- Work with DBA on database performance monitoring & adjusting in multiple operating system environments

5、制定数据复制、同步、移动、清理等数据管理策略；

- Establish data management strategies in data duplication, synchronization, transfer and clean up;

6、优化数据库服务架构，保障数据库服务的高性能和高可用；

- Optimize database service structure to ensure high performance and high availability of database service;

7、负责与架构开发团队紧密配合，规划、设计、实施、评审和优化数据库技术方案；

- Responsible for cooperating with architecture development team to schedule, design, implement, review & optimize database technical solution;

8、负责数据库开发流程规范的制定和培训；

- Responsible for establishing & training regarding regulations on database developing process;

9、负责研究数据库技术，关注业界应用发展。

- Responsible for conducting research in database technologies and tracking the application development in the industry.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1、工学本科及以上学位

- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering

2、英文：书写流利

- English skills: fluent in writing

3、精通一种或多种大型关系数据库，精通数据建模，具有海量数据存储、I/O与系统性能优化、分表/分库、集群等相关工作经验：8+ yrs

- Proficiency in at least one type of large scale relational database, proficiency in data modeling, related work experience in mass data storage, I/O & system performance optimization, sharding、cluster: 8 yrs

4、有撰写技术文档与技术报告的经验；

- Familiar with compiling technical documents & reports

5、良好的分析能力、沟通技巧、协调能力及团队合作精神；

- Analytical skill, communication & coordination ability as well as teamwork spirit are required

6、具备良好的心理素质与职业素质，有较强工作压力承受能力；

- Strong-willed and professional, able to work under pressure

7、有核心业务数据大集中实施经验者优先

- Previous experience in large-scale core business data centralization is preferred
