工作描述Job Description：

We are a software company, specialized in web development. Our Customer Support team needs to check data in backend in
case any possible error would appear in clients' web pages. Besides, to reply email and live chats is one of the most important routine tasks.

岗位要求Requirement：

Our clients scatter in European countries and therefore, all emails/live chats should be answered in English. English majors, especially those who hold TEM 8 certificate are preferred. Considering our product is relevant with sports, it would be nice if our staff has any knowledge or interest in sports like football, tennis, basketball, etc. However, it is not essential.

Staff in the team works 8 hours a day, 5 days per week. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the 2 free days would be arranged
on Saturday or Sunday, because the team in China has to cover two shifts. Shift 1 is from 6:00 to 14:00 and Shift 2 from 14:00 to 22:00. The exact working schedule should be decided by Team Leader while we try our best to make it reasonable and satisfy all members.


员工福利Remuneration：

Company will pay social insurance and housing funds in pursuant with labor law of People's Republic of China; allowance for meal is offered. Taxi fees occurring during 22:00 to 6:00 on working days can be called reimbursement. Besides, annual physical check is provided by company and staff may take 10 free days after working one year in the company.
