*4年以上java开发经验,具有扎实的Java基本功底和良好的编程习惯；
*精通MySQL和数据库原理，能快速编写复杂的SQL，具有SQL优化经验；
*可熟练运用开源框架，如Spring/Hibernate/iBatis/WebWork等框架；
*理解沟通能力强；
*具备良好的英文读写能力；
*具有金融行业软件开发经验者优；
*良好的面相对象编程思想；

The Changsha office is the newest founded in 2007,　with 50 employees scheme. The company is profitable and continues to expand.
