Purpose and Summary of the Position:

?Identify new opportunity at Auto industry.
?Translate business opportunity to another Asia country and to global.
?Build strong project pipeline for Auto application.
?Work closely with T&I to commeriálize new products
?Work closely with Transportation Account Development Manager to commercialize new application.
?Close work with Asia & Global Transportation team
?Preparation for documents for technical, environmental and commercial to support Market Development Manager

Required Knowledge &Skills
? Bachelor or higher degree in Polymer Engineering, or related majors
? At least 5 years, preferably 10 years experiences in Engineering plastics industry including ADE function.
? Mandarin as native language. Fluent in English.
? In depth knowledge of specific segment which he has worked in.
? Ability to provide people for training of specific business and application

Desirable Knowledge& Skills
?Understanding of Polymer science
?Strong self-discipline to company policy
?Strong interpersonal skills with a teamwork attitude and able to interact with customers at different level of hierarchy.
?Problem solving and results oriented
