- For our Healthcare Sector in Nanning，we are looking for a Regional Clinical Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Work with our sales colleagues, provide pre-sales marketing support.
- Fully understand of local markets. Work with central marketing to develop and adjust local marketing tactics, and ensure its execution.
- Develop opinion leaders.
- Provide trainings to local distributors.
- Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree, preferred in Medical or natural sciences, adequate job experience and knowledge of sales and competition in the market, medical diagnostic experience is preferred.
- The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the financial system operated within the company
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- At least min 3 years in marketing, familiar with healthcare industry
- Good planning and organization skills
- Negotiation skills
- Good experience in marketing within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Adequate marketing experience and proven success record
Marketing or relevant functions
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiasm for business growth. Take ownership and high integrity.
- Good language skills .Can work well with staff and customers from diversified international and domestic backgrounds.
