Responsibilities:
1. Delivers technical resolution of incidents that could not be resolved by 1st line teams;
2. Delivers day-to-day services e.g. capacity management, release management, application management, backup, new device on boarding, etc;
3. Change Implementation;
4. Supports problem investigation within scope (establishes root causes); and suggests workarounds for problems (2nd line);
5. Knowledge sharing within various teams.

Requirements:
1. Thorough knowledge in either Windows Workplace or network field;
2. Direct experience with IT infrastructure Operation > 3 years;
3. Strong methodology in problem analysis and solving;
4. Good communication skills；
5. Fluent English – both oral and written;
6. Team Player;
7. ITIL Foundation;
8. CCNP, MCITP, MCSE certificates are certainly a plus but not mandatory;
9. BA/BA+ degree in ICT.
