Responsibilities:
1. Manages IT Engineers team and daily operation.
2. Team member development/coaching/mentoring/training.
3. Creates positive team atmosphere and motivate team members.
4. Ensures the team follows right process to meet the KPI matrix and SLA.
5. Works with critical incident management team, various global peers to drive severity 1 incident fix.
6. Capacity management, release management, application management, backup, new device on boarding, etc.;
7. Ensures delivery of change requests for IT infrastructure.
8. Ensures delivery of problem investigation within scope (establishes root causes); and suggests workarounds for problems (2nd line);
9. Knowledge sharing with various teams..

Requirements:
1. Team management (size >8) experience > 2 years;
2. Direct experience with IT infrastructure Operation > 5 years;
3. People skill – development, coaching and mentoring;
4. Clear understanding of global operation, KPI matrix and Incident/Problem management process.
5. Broad infrastructure technical background in Network, Server and Microsoft workplace Technologies;
6. Strong methodology in problem analysis and solving;
7. Be able to create collaborative relationship at global level;
8. Good communication skills;
9. Fluent English – both oral and written;
10. CCNP, MCITP, MCSE certificates are certainly a plus but not mandatory;
11. BA/BA+ degree in ICT.
