MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze monthly performance reports including operations and commercial business

Analyze and provide insightful financial reports

Develop budgets, forecasts and strategic plans working closely with business leaders

Coordinate financial reporting and analysis working closely with the Region & Corporate

Support GQ monthly close process, analysis of profit & loss and assist with short/long term performance recommendations

Develop quantitative analysis / financial modeling to provide insight on drivers of profitability

Provide business leaders with analysis and actionable recommendations

Effectively manage multiple priorities

Prepare ad hoc reporting as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred

10+ years in accounting and financial reporting experience, prefer in MNC

Strong verbal, written communication skills in English and Chinese

Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner

High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style

Possesses strong analytic and communication skills.

Demonstrated problem solving and process improvement capabilities.

Experience with ERP or data warehouse usage or implementation with strong capabilities in Excel.

Possess high level of integrity and positive working attitude
