职位描述

To lead a team of Area Managers and Store Managers to achieve pre-determined budget objectives and KPI’s while creating a positive and energetic work environment. To support the company growth strategy in regards to store opening and people development. To always be exploring ways to drive sales and improve store profit while ensuring the implementation of company procedures.

1. Lead the team to achieve/over achieve sales and profit objectives.
2. Ensure team delivers high standards of store and merchandise presentation while adhering to company merchandising principles.
3. To ensure the company promotional program is implemented as per the required standards so as to maximize sales.
4. Make good decisions on the layout planning based on the understanding of merchandising principle.
5. To always explore and suggest opportunities to grow sales and profit within the operating framework of company
6. To achieve agreed targets of Watsons OL sales and participation by ensuring high focus at store level.
7. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
8. Ensure the compliance of policies and procedures of local government.
9. To motivate a large team of people while setting high standards of performance management.
10. To ensure the highest level of customer service measured by Mystery Shopper score
11. To always explore/implement opportunities to reduce costs.
12. To manage store headcount within the agreed targets while always achieving budget salary %.
13. To ensure shrinkage management is strong and agreed target % is achieved.
14. To ensure stock levels are managed within agreed targets while ensuring low levels of out of stocks.
15. Knowledge of administrative and stock management procedures and systems to effectively maintain accuracy stock.
16. To assist in the selection and approval of new stores in a timely manner.
17. To ensure new stores are opened to a high standard and on time.
18. To plan for continued rapid growth by ensuring there is an adequate talent pool within the team at all times through both internal development and high standards of recruitment.
19. To coach and motivate employee, cultivating creativity, ensuring a good working environment.
20. To handle incidents and manage crisis properly.
21. Being responsible for sales and cost budget planning for the respective stores.
22. Complete the jobs assigned by the supervisor.
