Our specialists are responsible for the management and control of hundreds of major capital programs totaling over US$300 billion across all continents and market sectors, including transportation/infrastructure, mining and minerals, environmental, facilities, water and energy.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the site manager, to ensure the progress, quality and the safety of on-site structure, decoration and the outdoor construction.
协助现场经理管理现场土建、装修、室外工程等的进度、质量、安全等。
- Involve in the inspection of key procedure of the construction and the first and final check and acceptance of completed construction project.
参加重要工序、部位的验收，以及项目工程竣工初验和竣工验收。
- Monitor site programmer of the construction; supervise the construction company according to the construction plan. and carry out safety inspections.
检查施工进度，督促施工单位按计划组织施工,并参与现场安全管理。
- Prepare replies to contractors’ submissions/queries .
准备承包商送审和咨询的回复文件。
- Prepare site records/reports and attend meetings.
准备现场记录/报告和参加现场会议。
- Complete other work assigned by the Company.
完成公司安排的其他工作。
- 6 working days every week.
一周六天工作制。

Requirements:
- University graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering with 6~10 years on-site experiences.
大学本科，土建或结构专业，有6到10年现场工作经验。
- Be familiar with both International and National Codes & Standards.
熟悉国内规范标准和国际标准。
- Experience in international engineering company is preferred.
有国际工程公司工作经验优先。
- Experiences on foundation work (Bored pile foundation and basement excavation)& Steel Structure.
有土建基础施工经验（熟悉灌注桩和基坑开挖）和重型钢结构施工经验。
- Experiences on sports facility such as stadium, swimming pool is a plus.
有体育设施工程经验（如体育馆，游泳池）优先。
- Excellent computer skill, excellent professional software operation skill (Project, AutoCAD etc.).
熟练的办公及专业软件应用技能，熟练的专业软件应用技能（Project，AUTOCAD等）。
- Good English is preferred.
英语良好者优先考虑。
- Able to station on construction site.
能够常驻施工现场。
- Good communication and coordination skill.
良好的沟通和协调能力 。
- Good team cooperation and management competence.
良好的团队合作能力 。
- Work hard, steadfastly and carefully; have outgoing personality; can deal with affairs in a mature and steady way.
工作认真踏实细致，性格开朗，为人处事成熟稳重。
