Responsibilities:



1. Prospect for and appoint an adequate number of Distributors in strategically located areas to provide readily available stock and service to all parts of the assigned sales area

2. Train Distributor's sales agents and develop Distributor's in house trainers and training capability

3. Actively manage individual Distributor relationships to ensure detailed understanding of the product range, pricing structure, and the key targeted sectors to be pursued

4. Perform market research and data collection on end-user customers, competitors and market trends for business and new products planning purposes



Requirements:



1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or similar discipline is preferred

2. 2 - 3 years of proven experience in selling industrial MRO consumables through a Distributor network, ideally industrial lubricants or relevant products

3. Good presentation skill with proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English

4. Ideally, previous experience of working remotely from a Head Office using his/her home as a base, generating his/her own activity

5. Evidence of a coaching management style to promote a positive disposition and relationship with all Distributors and where appropriate end-users and with internal company members

6. Computer literate with ability / skills to use business software such as MS Office

7. Willingness to travel extensively
