B) Job Objective职位目标
To lead, motivate maintenance team to work efficiently, and conduct and improve the entire preventive maintenance system to meet the production needs. Motivate team through outstanding communication skills and fact based management. Constantly seek improvements in the areas of safety, quality, line efficiency and material usage.

C) Key Result Areas关键成果领域/主要工作范围
? Strictly follow company safety rules to ensure no lost time accident or more serious accident for the team.
? Ensure all tasks are under safe operating standards and site safety requirements
? Participate and fully comply with the company Food Safety Policy and HACCP requirements.
? Operations manager to generate preventive equipment maintenance plan and ensure its effective implementation.
? Organize and arrange, take part in daily maintenance activities and schedule monthly maintenance to ensure production continuously.
? Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that electrical and automation control systems conform to specifications and safety standards.Present equipment operating situation report to Operation manager,Make sure breakdown log, PM log, shift log are filled in correctly and on time as well as energy recordResponsible for the spare parts stock management, check spare parts stock according to responsibility and propose the purchase requirement for shortage to ensure spare parts availability.Responsible for the maintenance cost management and continuous reduction
? In charge of upgrading projects to improve operation condition in the plant,
Work out training course for production operators and technicians.Coach and mentor maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems with control system problems.

? More 10 years experience on maintenance/ engineering in the FMCG in manufacturing plant.

? Familiar with PLC system, servo drive system and other automation systems
? Contribution of new ideas regarding relatively complex activities and processes is required
? Experience at a self-reliant managerial position in the operation
