职位描述
? Lead the organization, coordination and execution of all different types of sensory testing (consumer complaint, troubleshooting, packaging, …) within agreed time schedules. This includes critical result review, initiation of additional analysis (analytical, micro or sensory) and reporting of the sensory results.
? Coordinate rollout of global sensory program within the Asia Pacific region including coordination of classroom training, providing consultation to bottler sensory leads on in plant execution, managing local sensory proficiency scheme and following up on actions associated with program performance.
? Provide and facilitate appropriate internal sensory training for various programs, such as quality monitoring program, package authorization program, on sensory component so as to meet the agreed time frame, ensuring data integrity.
? Provide critical input in IMCR, trouble shooting and consumer complain analysis
? Be responsible for the sensory panels: recruitment/development of general and expert panelists from internal associate staff, monitor and stir panel performance, continuous motivation by reward system (maintaining existing system as well as new initiatives for panel motivation)
? Participate in the global sensory network and Global Quality projects for enhancing global sensory capability, and act as a strong team player to ensure successful team operations
At least 5-10 years of working experience in a laboratory and beverage or relevant industries, preferred with sensory evaluation and training
?
