职位描述
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
? Perform all data management activities to ensure the data accuracy and integrity. Manage the progress of the project and prioritizes with respect to pre-determined timelines. Work with project teams to ensure smooth transmissions of data.
? The detail data management activities include but not limit to:
? Design Data Management Plan and report the data progress periodically.
? CRF design, review and CRF completion guidelines.
? Data validation Plan development and data validation checks programming.
? SAS programming of listings.
? Generation and tracking of data clarifications form.
? Updating the database and database quality control.
? Blind data review and database lock.
? File archiving for all of the data management documents.
? All other duties as assigned.
Requirements for position:
? College or above education in medical, public health, pharmacology, or other related fields.
? 5 years of industry experience in clinical data management will be preferred.
? broad knowledge of all stages of data management
? Knowledge of ICH GCP and China GCP
? Familiar with some sql and SAS programming would be preferred
? Willingness and capability to take initiative and support other clinical research units to resolve variety of data management related issues
? Mentor or train entry level staff for SAS programming & statistics analysis method
? Provide Statistical training for other departments inside organization and coordinate all the effort with other departments to support organization overall goal
