? To develop seasonal/campaign VM guideline for POS implementation.
制作每季陈列指引和常规零售计划陈列指引。
? To work with line manager to design visual materials according to campaign concept.
根据常规零售计划，和上级领导共同设计视觉陈列物料。
? To be responsible of visual and display management in himself region.
负责自己区域内的所有视觉和陈列管理。
- Support new opening POS in VM level. 负责新开店物料分发/画面安排和陈列支持。
- Do regular POS visit in order to enhance their display performance. 定期巡店，加强店铺陈列效果的稳定性。
- Check POS display photos and give comments to help POS display improvement. 定期检查店铺陈列照片，给与意见，帮助店铺陈列问题的改善。
? To support Sales Order meeting/road show/PR event VM request. 支持订货会路演，公关活动的现场陈列需求。
? To be in charge of Display, visual design & production of retail level in himself region.
负责自己区域内的静态展示，商场广告的设计和制作。
? To deliver VM training to retail staff and wholesale clients. Update training kit accordingly.
定期给零售团队和客户做陈列培训。定期更新培训资料。
