Mission:
? Execution of the WW Spare Parts Program
？- Reverse Engineering
？- Sample Qualification Testing
？- Qualified and Trigger Safety Stock
？- Incoming Inspection
？- PO Management
？- Re-packing before Delivery
？- Work with local supplier/partner for exportation
？- Communication for feedback
？ Good experience in Supply Chain Management, especially roles and regulations in Import & Export & China Customer clearance
？ Work with local supplier/partner for exportation
？ Manage all records and database of POs and shipping information
？ Update, keep logs of and manage all records and specifications of spare parts, suppliers’ information, PO quantity, and delivery information
？ Travels and excellent presentation skills
？ Good experience in Supply Chain Management, especially roles and regulations in Import & Export & China Customer clearance
？ Good Project Management Skills, especially project ROI justification and follow-ups
？ Excellent analytical skill with high sensitivity in numbers and market changes
？ High customer focused and result oriented mindset
？ High self-initiative and autonomy
？ Work in normal shift. Five days per week
？ Eagerness and willingness to resolve urgent or ad-hoc SCM issues during non-office hours and under high pressure
Requirment
？ Degrees required or wished: University Degree in SCM or Engineering
？ 5 years or above similar experience is an advantage.
Strong computer skills on Spreadsheet related development (Access and Excel)
？ Hard working and high sense of urgency
？ Target oriented
？ Good sense of Supply Chain flow and control
？ High sense of numerical accuracy
？ Good working quality sense
？ Strong leadership and team work spirit
