职位描述
Job Title: Business Operations Director/Manager -AP
Report to VP-GM
1. Responsible for mentoring sales operations staff and in implementing a common platform for sales excellence across all countries in the Asia-Pacific region
2. Identify tools, processes, and technologies to enhance sales force effectiveness and productivity, and mobilize the appropriate support functions necessary for successful completion.
3. Develop process and review mechanism to ensure Channel compliance.
4. Analyze sales operational issues and develop creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
5. Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring infrastructure to enhance and support operation of the sales force, including sales reporting, sales analysis, and sales force alignment
6. Enable a Sales Operations team to support Asia-Pacific region and outside sales force in a more effective manner, focusing on process excellence
? Experience on Sales Leader, Finance Leader or background of 6 sigma is preferred
? Proven ability of team leadership
? Resilience, determination, energy and enthusiasm.
? Strong listening, communication skills.
? Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and gain respect.
? Highly motivated, self managing and proactive
? Strong influencing skills
? Strong analytical, process driven, and communication skills
? Cross Culture Experience and fluency in English and Chinese.
