职位描述

Responsibility::
? Establish and achieve GC region indirect procurement metrics to cover all functions, commercial teams and manufacture operations. Targets will be achieved jointly with both businesses and functions.
? Develop and deploy regional sourcing strategies and framework agreements, ensuring contract compliance
? Analyze regional and site spend to identify and prioritize sourcing initiatives
? Consistently monitor regional business unit coverage & engagement – ensure business needs are being represented & incorporated into local procurement strategies
? Support supplier rationalization ensuring the right commercial priorities are applied
? Develop purchasing strategies and processes for regionally/site managed indirect materials or/and services
? Manage strategic supplier relationship and continuously driving for cost reduction from indirect procurement
? Ensure security of supply, quality compliance and commercial compliance

Required Responsibilities:
? Develop quality suppliers who will meet or exceed company delivery, quality and cost objectives
? Establish, implement, and maintain procedures for maintaining purchasing and supplier quality rating systems
? Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value for the organization
? Require knowledge of cross-functional businesses within Life Technologies
? Prepare regular reports and other required documents

Qualifications:
? Min 10 years of experience in operation sourcing or purchasing for a large, multi-national company.
? Broad base indirect category procurement experience
? Successful 5+ years track record in an indirect purchasing organization
? Good understanding of purchasing processes and systems
? Strong analytical skills, construct/execute multiple complex analyses simultaneously
? Good command of English skills (both written & verbal)
? Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence peers and senior executives
? Good conflict resolution skills and effective cross-functional team worker
? Basic financial accounting knowledge
? Matured leader, be able to deliver under pressure
