PD Vice director -transmission position need to be hired.Below is the R&R.

Minimum requirements: skills&knowledge

Bachelor degree or above at Engineering
More than 10 years working experience in powertrain, and of which more than 6 years in transmission engineering
deep understanding of attribute development and system engineering
Most important responsibilities:

Lead attributes departments, CAE, and Development
Develop methodologies and processes, grow competence in Plant
Teach/coach Plant engineers and managers
Good knowledge of CAD, PDM, and PLM systems
