The incumbent will provide all round human resources planning and services to the retail operations of the group so as to enable it to achieve its business targets through its people.



Staffing

· Work with the management team on organization design and manpower planning to meet the human resources need for the rapid expansion of the retail business.

· Lead all recruitment and selection activities from frontline retail staff (in different provinces across China) to back office staff.

Compensation & Benefits

· Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits programs in particular incentive plans for retail staff.

Training & Development

· Develop and implement training programs for retail staff so as to build up a sales force of top services standard.

HR Policies & Procedures

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the retail operations which balance between aligning group policy and fulfilling the needs of the retail business.



Requirements

· Bachelor degree preferably in business or human resources management

· At least 5 years human resources experience

· Experience in retail business is a must, preferably in international brands

· Proficiency in written and spoken English

· Knowledgeable in China employment related laws and regulations

· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

· Strong sense of values and ethics

· The position will be based in Beijing with frequent travel to other provinces across China.
