The primary responsibilities include:
- Be the single point of IT contact for the Ingram Micro B2B e-commerce website.
Prompt B2B website usage by providing guidance & training to internal team.
Provide support and troubleshooting to external customers.
Analysis business requirements and work with Indian develop team to make sure the availability of B2B website and continuously design and enhance the platform’s functionality.
- Support for internal workflow system’s 3 major processes (HongKong BPMS, Rebate & HBS billing system)
Provide support and troubleshooting to internal customers.
IT vendor management
- As Inside application developer, take part in projects, optimize Internal Systems, and bring user new functionalities.

Qualifications:
1. Fluently oral English.
2. Familiar with database & programing technic. (.Net is preferred)
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT application development, implementation and support. E-commerce project experience is a big plus.
4. BA/BS degree in computer science technology.
