Part of the project team, main responsibility is to lead the technical side of 1 or several projects

    

Make the design of project and solve the problem of production in any stage

Responsibilities：

1．     Finish, validate and optimize design, including 2D, 3D, part lists, calculation note and all project contractual technical documents (mounting  manual, maintenance manual, ...) 

2．     Lead all validation activities, work with the lab for type tests. 

3．     Be the main technical interface with all involved internal departments (sourcing, supply chain, process engineering, production, quality, test lab) 

4．     Be the main technical interface with all involved external entities (customers, sub-contractors, suppliers) 

5．     Have a permanent consideration for cost control, reliability, availability, safety, achievement of lead time 

6．     Perform technical trainings for both external entities (car builders, end-users) and internal ones (production, after sales). 

7．     Deal with technical issues even after commercial running has started (retrofits…) 

8．     Solve complex problems with production engineering and manufacturing department, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers          

Education:

Engineering degree, Major in mechanical design and manufacture   

Experience:

1.      5+years experience in design field.

    

2.      Advanced user of 3D and 2D design software (Pro/E, Auto CAD)

    

3.      Experience in manufacturing technologies (punching, bending, welding, casting, machining , etc)

    

4.      Basic knowledge in electrical and software fields
