职位描述

Position Overview
The Regional Logistics Manager will have responsibility for executing processes and programs within his/her assigned region to ensure efficient and cost effective movement of materials and finished goods for the region. This role will partner with the regional procurement team to ensure that logistics processes and programs enable the business to maximize customer service performance while minimizing costs and working capital.
Reporting to the Regional Procurement Leader

Responsibilities
? Implement and monitor performance of programs and processes to ensure the efficient and cost effective movement of raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods within the region, with the support from the local plant teams.
? Manage transportation providers including selection, qualification and performance evaluation. Develop programs and manage relationships with these providers to optimize movement of finished goods to warehouses and distribution networks.
? Maintain KPIs, metrics, and reports to monitor the performance of the Regional logistics and transportation providers, including costs
? Ensure the execution of trade compliant processes for export and import shipments, incorporating steps to drive cost effective and timely delivery to global customers.
? Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards for cost control, EHS and external agencies inventory policies and initiatives.
? Leverage negotiated freight rates, logistics and services agreements and monitor trends in shipping patterns and lane utilization to minimize overall net freight costs within the region. Process claims with freight carriers as required for damaged goods.
? Coordinate with Sales and Order Entry departments to ensure customer requirements are met and complaints related to logistics/transportation are resolved in a timely and acceptable manner.
? Initiate and create export invoices, prepare pacing lists, certificates of origin and any other documents required by letter of credit and U.S. Customs, Inco terms and Border Protection (CBP).
? Collaborates with the global logistics team to ensure necessary compliance with Procurement / Logistics policies, processes and procedures
? Develop and manage the Regional transportation operations budget and all related fiscal forecasting and planning activities

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, related field required
? 7 to 10 years of increasing responsibility in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field, including supervisory experience
? 2+ years of experience in Logistics Management
? Import and export documentation experience required
