Responsibilities:
- To offer various service to employee with support of vendor such as
social insurance and benefit management
commercial insurance: well manage vendor and ensure the claim cycle
medical checkup: handle on schedule and achieve good customer satisfaction
Manage related vendors in an efficient way,
- To offer various internal workforce admin to employees, such as
on boarding,
termination,
internal transfer,
contract management
- HR Data Management:
HR-related system maintenance & fully using
Reporting can meet on-time delivery and ensure data accuracy
Ensure p-file is well-organized
- Customer satisfaction & other task assigned:
Build up good network with customers: HRBP, LM, employee, related departments.
Proactively lead projects/tasks,
- Lead and act as communicate bridge to employees at central level on various HR projects and processes.
- Producing Solutions/Proposal for improvement on process for management's consideration
Requirement:
1/Bachelor degree
2/at least two years experience in HR relevant function, 3 years above in MNC is better
3/Good customer service sense
4/Good communication and influence skill
5/Quick learner, Patient & Detail Oriented
6/Good Team work
7/Fluent spoken and written English
8/Labor law knowledge, Production knowledge,Familiar With Local Social insurance and Housing Fund policy is a plus
