JOB TITLE: Project Engineer

Location: Shanghai

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Be responsible for project preparation, coordination, implementation, following and management.

？Be responsible for project related to construction and water supply/drainage system for office, factory buildings, illumination system, external roads, WWT, fire control system and etc;
？Be responsible for project feasibility investigation;
？Be responsible for civil engineering task;
？Be responsible for equipment selection and acceptance checking;
？Implement SAT, FAT, and support validation;
？Be responsible for project documentation preparation, communicate with local authorization to apply various approval and permit;
？Check project schedule, confirm project progress;
？Implement project activity and cooperate with contractor;
？Check design drawing and physical status compared to drawing;
？Manage as-built drawing;
？Other tasks defined in related company procedures or assigned by the direct supervisor;
？Item 1-3, 7-11 applied for construction project engineer and item 4-11 applied for
equipment project engineer.


2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience & Personality:
？Construction Project Engineer - Minimum 3 years’ working experience in construction company, Jianli company or civil consulting company.
？Equipment Project Engineer – Minimum 3 years’ working experience related to equipment or equipment maintenance in pharmaceutical manufactory.
？Effective capability of cross-function coordination and on site troubleshooting and decision making.
？Multinational corporation working experience.Europe and the United States foreign company is preferred.
Education & Knowledge:
？Construction Project Engineer - University degree or above, prefer majoring in civil engineering or equivalent.
？Equipment Project Engineer - University degree or above, prefer majoring in mechanical and electrical automation or equivalent.
？Good command of English both oral and writing.
？Good command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
