Responsibilities
1. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing quick and effective solutions to resolve issues.
2. Proficient with standard office productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. VIP User Support.
4. Have End User Computing management, large environment windows deployment experience with Microsoft SCCM.
5. Take lead ship for Onsite helpdesk service. Positive to understand end user requirement, simply IT, improve internal IT value, provide good customer experience for IT support.
6. IT services working process develop. To simple IT working process and improve Customer Experience.
7. Coordination with corporate Mail server and domain management suppliers.
8. The work environment may require rotation in work hours, weekend or holiday hours, and/or extended hours. As needed, sometimes need to accommodate 7 X 24 operations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in information technology, electronic engineering or related field;
2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
3. 3 years above work experience on IT Help Desk service or related department.
4. Need good communication skill and nice English communication.
5. Fully skills on Client support and windows deployment.
6. Family with Microsoft SCCM2007,2012,Lync
7. Sound knowledge on Microsoft Environment. Have Experience on AD, Exchange administrator.
8. MCITP/MCSE is priority.
