Job DescriptionEaton Corp has an opening located at Dongguan, the purpose is as below:
1.Manage production plan and productivity,
2.Manage operation ratio of facility and work efficiency,
3.Improve productivity by managing efficient manpower,
4.Support production activities by analyzing production problems and establishing countermeasures including field management,
5.Manage cutting products, WIP inventory and cycle count,
6.Establish improvement plans for 5S,
7.Follow up IE improvement and establish policies for productivity increase Guide and train workers in safe work environment and improve hazard in field,
8.Employee developing training plan.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

1.Bachelor degree or above, with major in Engineering.
2.Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing background and 5 years working as production manager.
3.Rich knowledge of lean manufacturing and knowledge of IE and TPM.
4.Developed analytic ability and trouble shooter.
5.Strong leadership & good communication skills
6.Good English skills and computer skills (Ms-office).
7.Positive, independent & creative.
