该岗位设立的目的是为了软件项目的开发、调试、实施及维护等。

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: List the 5 to 7 major results/outcomes of this position. List them in descending order of importance.
1. 软件开发 – 根据软件项目需求及设计进行软件功能的代码开发及单元测试。
2． 软件调试 – 完成软件项目在测试环境及现场环境的调试工作。

3． 软件实施 – 完成所开发的软件项目在现场环境的部署实施工作。

4． 软件维护 – 根据客户要求进行软件项目的日常维护及保障工作。
5． 软件文档 – 完成软件项目开发过程所需的文档编写工作。

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: (e.g. physical demands, confidentiality requirements, travel requirements)
1.正规大学本科或以上学历，计算机软件相关专业；
2. 熟悉一种或多种软件开发语言（C#、C++等），具有WPF的开发能力并有实际的项目开发经验；
3. 熟练掌握关系型数据库，熟悉一种或多种数据库管理系统（Oracle、SqlServer等），具有项目数据库的搭建，存储过程、触发器等相关对象的开发能力；
4. 具有良好的主观意识，具备主动提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。
5. 具有良好的编程规范及技术文档编写能力；
6. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
7. 具有视频相关技术开发经验者优先。
