RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work together with internal business partners, developing government cooperation projects based on business needs, with MOH, NDRC, MOLSS,SFDA.
2. Understand the business general objectives and how the assigned projects fulfill those objectives. Together with business team define clear objectives timelines results and measures for the project as well as resources needed to accomplish these.
3. Develop and manage the operation of GA projects in China. And strengthen the collaboration between the related external and internal resources for the projects.
4. Ensure good communication with government departments including but not limited to MOH, NDRC, MOLSS, SFDA. And establish good relationships with customer counterparts and internal functions as needed to support the plan. Gain support from the needed resources. Ensure the objectives and outcomes are understood and accepted by these members.
5. Coordinate all aspects of project implementation and execution; Measure progress working independently to insure outcomes are achieved.
6. Report progress towards the planned outcome to BU and others as needed.
7. Resolve conflicts or issues and escalate them when necessary.

资历
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical or related is preferred
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skill and ability to work independently
- Good capability on project developing and management
- Strong sense of responsibility and service minded
- Working experience on government affairs in multinational enterprise or experience in medical care related authority is highly preferred
