Responsibilities：
This position requires on call support in BI/DW project, and works for 3.5 days every week. The candidates should have both qualified technical background and working experience mainly in BI/DW area.
Activities will include (but not limited to):
1. Communicate to partner/teams and peers in English in different region/time zone.
2. Provide immediate and high quality support by analyzing the problems in data warehouse.

Requirements:
1. Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or above
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and communication skills are a MUST.
3. Skills on trouble shooting and problem solving are a MUST.
4. Hands on experiences in database development, Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL Server, or other mainstream database are a MUST.
5. Patient ,careful and quality oriented is a MUST
6. Have solid concept and knowledge in BI/DW area
7. At least two years working experiences
8. Previous support experiences is preferred
9. Able to manage multi tasks in parallel efficiently.
10. Quick learner and strong willingness in learning different technologies, and shift assignment area when requested.
11. Able to work independently under a high pressure
12. Able to work flexibly to take conference call and work with partners in different time zones
