Responsibilities：
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of applications within the scope of the IT APAC Application and User Services team as assigned by the IT APAC Application and User Services Head. Daily activities will include but are not limited to resolving technical and functional support issues, working with regional, global and external stakeholders and providing subject matter expert input as required.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree on computer science or technology
2. 2-5 years’ experience in application support with proven ability to support customers with diverse requirements
3. 2 years’ experience in a large organization supporting a global or regional user base
4. Experience in CRM system support and salesforce.com platform is preferred
5. Understanding of ITIL processes
6. Excellent coordination, organizational and communication skills.
7. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts.
8. Customer, quality, value, cost and delivery focused with attention to details.
9. Advanced English.
