职位描述

Work content

1. Set up Quality meeting with relative guys to discuss how to figure out the Q-issues

2. Take the lead to do Quality continuous improvement to improve the FPY & Quality

3. Work with CQE/PIE/ENG to handle the customer complaints

4. Create the Quality Alarm

5. Maintain the Quality system, Ensure Q-system running smoothly

6. Take the lead to organize the ISO internal audit & the external Audit

7. Responsible for the yearly Management Review

8. Handle the customer complaints

9. Work with CFT team to do analysis & deal with the customer complaint

10. Handle the RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) materials

11. Build & maintain a solid good relationship with the customers

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, major as mechanical/electronic engineering

2. Work in quality more than 3 years

3. English written/read is a must, spoken as preferred

4. Expert in ISO/TS16949 or QS9000+ 5 core tools.

5. ISO9000 internal auditor is a must

6. Strong in DOE, VOC, QFD

7. Excellent communication skill

8. Be able to work in a systematical way

9. Strong in computer skills such as excel/word/ppt
