We are looking for目前拟招聘：

Purchasing Specialist for Electronics / 电气设备采购

Job Description:

• Supporting Production process / New investment projects
• To support purchasing manager to source the suppliers in order to provide the goods and services in order to meet plant’s requirements (timing and cost).
• Negotiation for purchasing
• To negotiate the target price with supplier when tasks assigned.
• Beneficial and Credit term negotiation
• To implement company pay terms policy (60 days net) or at least 30 days for some local suppliers by management approval.
• Monitoring delayed delivery
• To monitor supplier‘s performance to deliver goods and services on time.
• Reject / Claim
• To negotiate and prepare the primary agreement with supplier for replacement or compensation should there be any reject from users.
• Sourcing the new local supplier
• To support purchasing manager to develop new suppliers for serve the good services and better alternative.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or at least college graduation in Science, Engineering, Communication, or other related fields
• Two or more years of progressively responsible positions in a Procurement Customer Service role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Necessary exposure to SAP or other ERP system.
• Commanding of spoken and written English.
• Good commanding of SAP.
• Understanding of plant procurement process
• Able to negotiate firmly with suppliers, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of research resources (internet, publications, etc) to seek out new suppliers
• Good understanding of technical specifications for specialized materials and equipment
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Sound understanding of ethical considerations involved with procurement
