Transcription Team Leader (Transcriptionist)
Location: Dalian

工作描述：管理每天的工作计划；保证听录团队的运作及问题解决满足服务水平要求；管理听录质量及效率目标；通过以知识丰富及以客户为本的听录员/编辑员作为文件及中层管理的交流引导，发展听录团队，
以确保交付能让客户的卓越体验。
Job Description: To manage the day to day planning; operation and problem solving of a team of transcriptionists/editors to meet with the required service level components;
quality and productivity targets; to develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior client experience by highly knowledgeable and client focused transcriptionists/editors and to act as the communication conduct between Rank and File and Middle Management.
提供创造性的解决方案；交付团队统计；质量和生产力的目标和指标；白天的任何时间都做想过记录并报告给业务经理。
坚持安排并监督听录人员的工作出席；
向业务经理提交日报表；
To offer creative solutions. Delivery of team statistics; quality and productivity targets & indicators; taking note any downtime during the day and report it to the Operational Manager.
adherence to schedule and monitoring of attendance.
Submits daily report to Operational Manager
定期监测门户网站，根据TAT分配优先工作顺序，分配纠正workpool的工作。从QA辅导并接替反馈给MTs/编辑员。员工资料共享。
Monitoring the portal periodically; prioritizing jobs according to TAT; and assigning jobs to correct workpool. Coaching and relaying feedback to MTs/Editors from QA. candidates share their profile.
工作技能期望：
具备多个报表类型和多种专业知识。
能够监督，协助和管理25人以上的团队。
具有团队精神，对细节的关注能力也很重要。
保管工作日志；每周记录用户的良好心态及沟通技巧。定期提供客户的反馈/更新并向MTs/编辑/QAs汇报质量审计。
Candidate Desired Profile
Should have expertise in multiple report types and multiple specialties.
Able to Supervise; assist and manage the team of +25 people. Ability to work well as a team player and attention to detail is also important.
Looking after work pool/log; weekly-off of users Good attitude and communication skills. Providing regular client feedbacks/updates and quality audit reports to MTs/editors/QAs.
