Job Title: Welding Process Engineer
Report To: Tooling Process Manager
General Summary:
Responsible for designing of Converter MCS canning and stamping process, and run process flow in
workshop with manufactuing team.
Responsible for Converter MCS tool structure & fixture audit, etc.
Education:
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. ?Advanced degree (Master and Ph.D.) is preferred.
Work Experience: At least 2 years related working experience in automotive industry. Have sheet metal process work
experience.
Certificate / License:
Skills: Familiar with TS16949 system
Familiar with CAD and 3D design tools.
Market Priced Skills:
Language: Be good at English language in speaking .
Others:
Requirements: Ability to assert yourself, team capability and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative and
personal responsibility
Ability of working in an international environment.
Ability to assert yourself, team work and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
Familiar with MS-Office application.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential functions of this position include, but not limited to:
Responsible for designing of Converter MCS canning and stamping process, and run process flow in workshop with manufacturing team.
Responsible for Converter MCS tool structure & fixture audit.
Optimize the existing process and carry out the improvement regularly.
Standardize the process flow for some similar product.
Communication with inner and outer customer for understand their application requirement.
To provide supporting to other production process designing with engineer team.
