Summary 工作概述:
Work with project team to get proper supplier to achieve project targets. 与项目组一起确定合适的外购件供应商以达到项目目标

Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Doing RFQ, analyze RFQ, negotiate quality, price and deadlines with suppliers 询价,分析报价,和供应商就质量,价格和时间点进行谈判
2. Supporting standardization, localization and design to cost measures.支持标准化本地化以及通过设计变更来节约成本的活动
3. Work with project team from quotation to customer during concept phase so as to Integrate suppliers into development process to reduce Total Cost of Ownership 从项目报价阶段开始和项目组一起工作,以便将供应商整合到开发过程中从而降低总成本
4. Select suppliers and fix contracts with suppliers like TMA, tool contract, confidential agreement etc. based on the purchasing strategies in project teams.根据采购策略选择供应商,和供应商签定试制协议,摸具合同,保密协议等.
5. Keeping ERP System updated保证ERP系统更新
6. Other related tasks 其他相关任务

Qualification 任职要求：
1. University Graduate 大学本科学历
2. Fluent English and Chinese orally/writing to negotiate contracts 流利的中英文表达
3. Knowledge in Mechanics, electronics, Business Administration 了解机械、电子及企业管理等相关知识
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office, SAP 能熟练使用Office办公软件和SAP系统
5. Min. 3 year in purchasing 3年以上采购相关工作经验
6. Good negotiation skills 良好的谈判技巧
7. Capable of pressure 有能力承担一定的压力
