Job Title: Operation Manager
Working Venue: Changchun city of Jilin Province

Major Responsibilities
? Responsibility for the departments production, logistics and quality
? Assist in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process
? Establish and drive improvements in work instructions/ processes to adress quality, material flow through-put and productiviy
? Assist in projects, layouts for production and assembly lines
? Participate in and support Continuous Improvement initiatives
? Adhere to applicable quality systems and TS16949 standards
? Maintain work area in accordance with the principles of 5s and operate daily within these standards
? Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations- promoting safety in the workplace.

Skills and Competencies
? Technical College
? Experience in process manufacturing, including Continuous Improvement Programs and Lean Manufacturing
? Experience in automotive industry
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Strong Leadership Skills are essential
? Language skills English negotiable, Chinese (favourable)
? Strong interpersonal skills
? IT-knowledge. SAP Basic Knowledge
? Well-developed organizational and time management skills

Note: The applicants must have Auto Industry working experience, speak fluent English, if you can speak German, that will be a perfect.
