岗位职责：

1、了解食品行业生产技术，生产工艺

2、 负责车间的日常管理工作，合理配置车间人力资源，全面完成生产加工任务；

3、根据公司下达的生产目标，组织制定本部门工作目标，工作计划，并组织实施、指导、协调、检查、监督及控制；

4、 随时掌握车间的设备、工艺状况及各种产品的生产定额，合理安排生产作业时间，科学平衡生产能力，节约能源、节约产品制造费用，降低生产成本；

5、 负责组织做好生产统计核算基础管理工作，及时编制上报年、季、月、周有关生产的统计报表；

6、 及时准确的向上级领导汇报日常工作及紧急事件相关情况。
