职位描述
岗位职责：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The primary function is to support senior engineer to test IPM series for all application area.
？ Create testing report including data collection, waveform capture, curve generation.
？ IPM reference board design and evaluation, reference board specification definition.
？ Along with senior engineer to support local FAEs and sales to follow up with customers and solve technical issues to win design ins.
？ Assist to compare/evaluate competitive products and perform SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analyses.
任职资格的具体描述：
? BSEE
? Minimum of 3 years of relevant design/build/test experience in power electronics.
? Experience with IPM, IGBT testing and evaluation.
? Experience with design techniques, test methodologies and qualification protocols
? Experience in testing HVICs, FETs and diodes.
? Experience with thermal models and able to test with appropriate methods.
? Experience with choosing the right passive and active components.
? Familiarity with MS Office, experience in Mathcad and PCB layout software a plus.
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
