主要目标/Primary objective:
确保设计输出符合合同技术条件要求，满足生产成本和进度需求，提供完善的技术支持
Make sure that the engineering output meet contractual technical requirement and production cost and schedule requirement, provide necessary technical support.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities:
? 负责转向架系统的功能及安装接口的定义;按计划准备设计评审资料，确保进度安排得以实现。 Responsible for the definition of Bogie system function parameters and installation interface. To prepare for the documents of design review according to the plan, ensuring schedule to be met.
? 创立转向架系统的所有相关设计文件，如定义系统的详细功能和接口需求并且发布技术条件和供货范围。 To found all the related design documents for Bogie system, for example, to define the detailed function of system 、 interface requirements and Issue TRD and SOS.
? 负责审核并批准供应商图纸及型式试验相关文件。 Review and approve supplier’s drawings and the relevant documents of type test.
? 按设计准则、技术条件和工作报告设计图纸，制定相关文件，确保设计文件的技术精确性及恰当性。 Following the design criteria, specifications, and statement of work, design drawings and any relevant documentation, ensuring that technical adequacy and accuracy of engineering document.
? 负责系统接口并与生产团队共同确定安装接口并提供技术支持. Responsible for system interface and define the installation interface together with production team and provide technique supports.
? 确保设计被完全贯彻，并且将性能、安全、成本及可靠性均考虑在内。 Ensure that designs are fully complied, and that performance, safety, costing and reliability are in the scope.
? 与客户和其它部门一起进行必要的设计评审, 为其他部门提供技术支持。 Perform all necessary design reviews with customers and other relevant departments and provide technique supports for other departments.
? 与方法部一起跟踪设计工作，确保制造工作无误，如必要，进行修改工作。 Follow-up the design with Methods to ensure proper manufacturing and modify if necessary.
Issue RM和审核MR，对设计更改可能产生的影响进行确认，督促各环节审批速度，并跟踪实施情况
issue RMs and check MRs, confirm all changes impacts, facilitate the approval process and follow the implementation actions.

? 参与技术转让的过程，并做一些随时需要的协助工作，例如，提供中文和技术翻译等。 To be part of the technology transfer processes and assists whenever required such as to provide Chinese and technology translation etc.
? 协助供应系统的监督并提出建议。负责转向架的接口。负责供应系统的首次查核。负责供应商跟踪 Assist in vendor design surveillance and approval. Responsible for Bogie interface of vehicle. Responsible for FAI at the vendor site. Follow-up of BBI
? 准备并发布系统试验程序, 负责转向架系统型式试验,审核并发布试验报告 Prepare and issue system test procedures. Responsible for type test of vehicle. Review and issue test report.
? 协助RAMS工程师，对转向架系统进行RAMS/LCC审查。 Assist RAMS engineer to check RAMS/LCC of all the team.
? 对售后服务提供技术支持。 To provide technique supports for after service.
? 对相关人员进行转向架业务培训。 To arrange profession training of bogie to relevant person.
? 参与焊接结构图纸审查

Advise your project engineer on design issues that may improve designing efficiency. Advise your team leader when task assigned are completed, and no additional task is assigned to you.

任职资格/Qualifications:
？ 学历/Diploma：大学工程专业毕业/University degree in Engineering

？ 工作经验/Work Experience：5年以上相关工作经验/more than 5 years

？ 计算机技能/Computer skill：AutoCAD Catia

？ 英语水平/English level：CET 4

？ 专业/技能证书/Profession Certificate：铁路客车,电气，电子/rolling stock, electrical, electronic.
