Accountabilities

Ensure equipment availability to meet production requirement
Create and optimize maintenance plans
Ensure technical expertise in order to improve equipment performance, reduce down time, and improve line efficiency
Ensure global/APAC requirements are well executived
Support project implementation and deliver on schedule
Well document control
Ensure people technical capability development, and develop technical training program for operation
Ensures assets & people’s safety, and compliance with legal & corporate standards
Develop spare part supply

Requirement
Above 5 years Manufacturing or Engineering experience
Good knowledge/experience of both mechanism and electric
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent English both oral & written
Be Innovate / creative, and can think critically
Can make decisoins based on facts, and balance well between facts and intuition
Can manage complexity and adapt to change
Commite to action and results
Good project planning and management skills, problem solving skills, conflict management skills
Ability to work in multifunctional team
Building relationships (external and internal)
