职位描述
General Purpose:
1. To perform payment control, invoice issuance, sales validation, overdue receivable collection, and other related activities.
2. To perform standard cost calculation, analyze the variance between budget and actual cost.
3. To prepare and deliver financial reports to China Region and related local Authorities on time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Finish monthly costing closing accurately and timely as well as optimize procedure to improve cost calculation and costing analysis system efficiency and accuracy.
2. Prepare cost calculation report, and other costing reporting in finance package monthly, and prepare rolling forecast, annual budget related costing aspect, ensuring they are in line with Weir Group Accounting Manual.
3. Match monthly inventory moving report from logistics and invoices issued, and perform inventory reconciliation and analysis, liaise with both internal and external auditors on cost related issues and monitor physical inventory count.
4. Participate in establishing and improving cost related accounting and internal control procedures
5. Issue invoices based on packing list, goods acceptance confirmation from customers (if need), original contract signed with customers (refer price, acceptance condition etc.) and book into sales account and accounts receivable duly. Check and maintain customer master data.
6. Match supplier's invoices with PO, Goods Received Notes, Customs declaration document and other related document from logistics, maintain the system and post it into accounts payable.
7. Maintain standard price in ERP system once a year based on actual purchasing price and next year budget planned price by Senior Accountant, after checked by the Finance Manager and approved by General Manager.
8. Other costing projects launching preparation and other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in accounting with 5 years MNC manufacturing enterprise working experience in accounting
2. Understand PRC Accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), well know PRC Tax laws and regulations
3. Familiar with ERP software, as well as MS-Office packages, especially Excel
4. Good at analysis, organized, proactive and responsible, good skills in reports preparation
5. Excellent English language, both verbal and written skills
6. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
7.A team player with excellent apprehensibility, integrity and mature.
